Cancellation

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice
Bookings must be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice for a full refund.
Bookings are for the specific individual and cannot be transferred.
Non-attendance / cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Single entry bookings: No refund will be given for non-attendance, or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Punchcard holders: An entry will still be deducted from your account for non-attendance.
Memberships: After 2 missed attendances, your membership will be frozen and you’ll be required to pay for each entry using the single entry booking option online.
Cancellations due to COVID-19 Symptoms
Cancellations due to Covid-19 symptoms / close contact with a Covid-19 positive person will be refunded at any notice period. You must follow the latest Government Guidelines.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms you’ll be unable to visit the centre for 7 days from the start of symptoms. After 7 days you can attend as long as you have no ongoing symptoms (except cough or loss of smell/taste – these can last for several weeks after the infection has gone).
If you come into contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive you’ll be unable to visit the centre for 14 days from the last day you came into contact with them.
If you subsequently show COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of climbing with us you must contact us to ensure the safety of others.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and at our Reception. If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions you should contact us to discontinue use of our facilities.
